Home Nursing Services was started to offer those who are on NDIS who are self-managed or those who have private health and need nursing services, a unique range of services that will enhance care outcomes and improve quality of life.

We were founded almost two years ago in Port Macquarie and have continued to grow throughout the Mid North Coast, assisting patients in Wauchope, Kempsey, Laurieton, Taree and Forster. We are now able to offer everything from home nursing care, speech services, dietary advice and meal preparation, social involvement, home and landscaping maintenance and emergency care.

We customise your care based on your personal needs. Our goal is to offer a family oriented service that allows patients to access all the special care they need from one location.

By seeing the same providers consistently, we can establish a real relationship with our clients based on comfort and trust.

We believe in treating the whole person including social, emotional and mental health needs that can be overlooked with conventional services. We take the time to discuss your medical needs and goals and work with you to create a customised plan that will fill in any gaps with your current care to improve your quality of life.

Our team consists of professionals from all walks of life, offering a diverse and thorough system of care. This allows us to provide n assistance with medical and emergency needs through our network of providers, as well as unique therapies that can greatly improve your mental wellbeing while helping you achieve personal goals for your care.

We work with patients of all ages, ranging from children right through to the elderly.
